The average list price for a new listing is up 1.9% to $322,288 compared to March of last year. This is higher than the average list price last month in February of $313,233.
The average sold price for a listing decreased 2.1% to $234,386 compared to March of last year. This is higher than the average sold price last month in February of $233,015.
In Austin, there were 8,748 listings for sale during the same week a year ago. Today there are 11,549 listing for sale, an increase of 32% over the same time last year.
